Tropical Smoothie Bowl Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS:

Put the frozen banana, almond milk, blueberries, yoghurt and honey in a blender and blend until smooth

Pour into a small bowl and put in the freezer for 5-10 minutes

Top with granola, banana slices and blueberries 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of blueberries 

1 frozen banana

1 cup of almond milk

2 tbsp non fat greek yoghurt

1 tsp honey or agave

Topping:

2 tbsp of granola

2 tbsp blueberries

2 tbsp banana slices
